I had the fortune to experience everything, from being an account executive in a small local agency in Milan to being the President of the US West Coast for one of the largest global agencies, leading a team of 200 people.

I have led clients, teams, P&Ls, practices, new business, talent growth, and everything you can imagine when you work at agencies for three decades on different continents.  Every day there was something new to learn. Something exciting to absorb.
